4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation: Orders confirmed after successful payment (or COD approval). Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to courier, location, weather, or customs. Delivery responsibility lies with courier after handoff.
6. Returns & Refunds: Governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
7. Loss/Theft/Tampering: If marked delivered by courier, company is not liable for theft or loss thereafter.
8. COD: COD is at company discretion and may require partial advance payment. Repeated refusals may lead to restriction.
