Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility: Returns accepted only for wrong product delivered, damaged product, or manufacturing defect. No returns for color variation, personal preference, minor irregularities, or discounted items (unless damaged).
2. Return Timeline: Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Unboxing Video Required: Mandatory video from sealed package opening to full product display. Claims without video are rejected.
4. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Failed quality check may lead to denial of refund/replace.
5. Return Pickup & Shipping: India orders: if mistake is ours, pickup arranged by us; otherwise customer bears shipping. International orders: no pickup available; customer self-ships if approved.
6. Refunds: Refunds processed to original payment method only. COD refunds via bank transfer. Refund initiated within 5–7 working days after inspection.
7. Exchange: Exchange allowed only for size/design mismatch caused by us, subject to availability.
8. Non-returnable Cases: Orders marked delivered by courier, theft after delivery, incorrect address, refusal, delayed delivery due to courier/customs.
9. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
10. Fraud Prevention: Multiple COD refusals may result in account blocking.
