Delivery & Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–72 working hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If delays occur, customers will be informed via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Domestic Shipping (India): We ship across India via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc. Estimated delivery time: Metro cities 3–5 working days; other locations 5–8 working days.
  3. International Shipping: We ship worldwide via reputed international courier services. Estimated delivery time: 7–15 working days depending on destination and customs. Customs duties/import taxes are borne by the customer.
  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Free shipping offers are time-bound and promotional.
  5. Delivery Responsibility: Once handed to the courier partner, delivery responsibility shifts to the courier company. Tracking ID is shared after dispatch.
  6. Lost/Stolen/Tampered Packages: Company and courier are not liable when courier tracking marks the package delivered, the customer provided incorrect address, customer was unavailable, or the package was stolen after delivery.
  7. Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items: Customers must record a clear unboxing video from sealed package to product display and report within 24 hours. Claims without video or late reporting are not accepted.
  8. Non-Delivery/RTO: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  9. COD Terms: COD is subject to availability and discretion. Partial advance payment may be required. COD refusal may lead to future COD restriction.
  10. Security & Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders.
