Are the sarees exactly the same as shown in pictures?
We make every effort to show accurate images. Minor color variation may occur due to screen or lighting.
What fabric are your sarees made of?
Fabric details are mentioned on each product page (digital print, silk blend, chiffon, georgette, etc.).
Is blouse piece included?
Yes, unless otherwise mentioned, all sarees come with a matching blouse piece.
How long does delivery take in India?
Metro cities: 3–5 working days. Other locations: 5–8 working days (may vary due to courier/weather).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7–15 working days.
Will I have to pay customs duty for international orders?
Yes, customs duties or import taxes are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (subject to availability).
Is COD available?
COD is available on selected orders and locations. Partial advance payment may be required.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted only for damaged or wrong products with mandatory unboxing video proof within 24 hours.
Can I return the saree if I don’t like it?
Returns are considered for valid reasons and are subject to approval.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Contact us immediately and we will coordinate with the delivery partner.
What if the package is damaged during delivery?
Record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
